Buddhanilkantha Temple: Lord Vishnu lying on a bed of snakes
Situated 9 km north of Kathmandu, a holy Hindu shrine of Buddhanilkantha, is especially popular for its reclining statue of Lord Vishnu resting on a bed of snakes.
