Top 10 Hotels in Thamel, Kathmandu

The hippies found Thamel in the 1960s and ever since, it has been the most popular tourist destination.

You may shop here for trekking gears, clothes, handicrafts, music DVDs and so on, in comparatively low price or taste the cuisines from India, Italy or Nepal itself.

Another interesting feature is the availability of luxurious stay facilities, in hotels, that gets you up close and personal with typical Nepali life.

Its time to go beyond standard facilities like hot and cold water, TV, Wi Fi and so on. This is my list of Top 10 hotels in Thamel.
